Governor's Task Force On TBI
 

The Governor's Task Force on Traumatic Brain Injury,
created by Executive order 01-02, is seeking your help
in identifying issues and developing recommendations for
consideration by the Governor and the 2003 Legislative Assembly.

There are two survey forms: one for persons with brain injury
and family members/personal care attendants and the second is
for private and public service provider organizations and staff.
