MENTOR Oregon currently serves adults with TBI and developmental disabilities through a variety of residential and support services, including; Vocational Services; Residential Services including supported living; Community Inclusion/Regional Programs; Employment Programs; Individually Supervised Services; Job Placement; and Individualized Competitive Employment. MENTOR Oregon also operates a brokerage for support services to individuals living independently in the community. In 2004, we began implementing a host-home foster care program to serve children in therapeutic foster care. MENTOR Oregon has been providing services in Oregon since 1987.
