The two day conference will be held on Friday, September 30 and Saturday October 1, 2005 at the Holiday Inn Hotel Portland Airport, Portland, Oregon. We anticipate an attendance of over 450 persons including persons with brain injury and their families, professionals and service providers, and representatives of governmental agencies from 14 western states.

Sponsors and exhibitors are vital to the success of the Conference. Therefore, we ask that you join us and help make a difference. We offer you a number of ways to become involved. The following information can help you determine what works best for you.

Advertising Requirements

 

As a valued Sponsor, you will receive an advertisement in the conference program materials. The due date for submission of camera-ready artwork is:  September 15, 2005.  Only black and white, camera-ready artwork will be accepted.  The advertising dimensions are as follows:

Registration Form and Information Required

 

Please complete and return the enclosed Sponsor/ Exhibitor Registration Form as quickly as possible, but not later than September 15, 2005.  We’ve also included a Conference Brochure with registration form and program information. You do not have to fill out the registration form for your company representatives included in the sponsorship or exhibitor level. However, we will need to know the number and names of your company representatives who will be attending. Payment of Sponsor or Exhibit fees must accompany your registration.  The due date for Sponsor or Exhibitor Registration is September 15, 2005.  No refunds will be given after September 15.  Please make checks payable to the Brain Injury Association of Oregon (BIAOR).
